This is a general post but it as well concerns weight loss as well as other forms, kinds and ways of healthy living. As a person who strongly believes in natural means, I have to state that humans, or rather modern humans are sooo ignorant that they go for what is almost out of reach and leaving the solution which are right under their very noses.
Since this is a weight loss website, let me go step by step although I don’t believe that I can put everything here.

Yes fish. I am yet to find information that by eating fish, you can be as fat as you are but instead of eating as much fish as you cn, you prefer to go for the fat ridden meat and your mouth drooping with that oily thing.
Are you now ready to blame nature for making you that way? No wonder all your efforts to reduce your weight fail. You are not doing the right thing and not paying the least attention to all the benefits nature has put under your nose. If you want to starve yourself to death in order to reduce your obesity problems, that is up to you. If you are ready to spend your life savings on useless weight loss programs nobody is stopping you. You are to blame, period.
Okay what has been done has been done but you can take action now and see to it that you maintain your health and lose that weight fast as you can.
Has anybody told you that you can lose your weight if you are disciplined? Well not quite. Just take a few things into consideration such as watching what you eat, stop to eat more than you can, don’t let your appetite take the upper hand of you and you will ultimately realize that weight loss is not a difficult task after all.
